Whoever was working the front of this restaurant around 4:45 pm on Monday, August 18th, deserves a bonus! I’m sorry I didn’t note the name, but they were managing both registers by themselves, seamlessly! AND with a positive attitude. Another customer and I noticed the napkins were out, so we got his attention. He came to assist immediately, and did not look at all bothered, despite how busy he obviously was. Incredible service. Perfect order. I wish everyone I met worked together as well as the people who served me today
Workers here were bad. Unprofessional. Trash service and food. Ordered two burgers and fries. Gives me three fries and one burger. Looking back at my receipt, dude ringed up a bun side instead of the burger with no bun.
Takes a minute, but my burger was as I ordered it and delicious!
Not much to tell, good burger and a great Black and White shake. No matter what Shake Shack you go to, you can count on consistently good food and fast service. This one was in the Indianapolis Airport.
