I would never recommend the shaheen and Gordon firm in Manchester I had the displeasure of working with Laura Tetrault and her team and they were less then helpful in guiding me through a very difficult time of my fathers passing and the need to go through probate court for his estate. I inquired about setting up a consultation with an attorney from this firm regarding a personal legal matter. The email response I got back from a paralegal was- the attorney's hourly fee is $250 and would need a $5k retainer, if that works with your budget, then I will set up a meeting. I responded letting the paralegal know that I felt that any discussion regarding a retainer was a bit premature (and frankly, presumptuous) and didn't they offer a consultation....even if paid, so I could understand my options? Very happy with the team at Shaheen & Gordon. They handled my issue extremely well and gave me all options throughout the process. Attorney Rosenberg was able to make an agreement prior to court and I was pleased with the outcome. They were very courteous, professional, prompt and followed up after settlement as promised.
