My first time was today and upon my lostness Maria M was Very helpful and discreet for my delivery. I cracked a few jokes to help myself not feel awkward and she was the best. Patient, friendly, and great personality. 5 Stars
Maria M is super friendly and the stuff is helpful. Also very clean place and fast service
The front desk staff is so helpful. The medical care teams are knowledgeable, kind, and very quick to respond. The Shady Grove Rockville staff is top notch.
I usually have had great, timely experiences with this SGF office. With my most recent appointment however I waited almost an hour after checking in for my bloodwork visit and after still not being called back, I had to ask front desk staff about why I hadn’t been seen yet. Fortunately staff were very helpful and apologetic about the wait and quickly took me back.
5 stars only for Jaslyn. She has always been supportive with the appointment slots. You know its so hard to get a slot when there is something critical going on. She is the most patient friendly person I’ve seen at SGF. I struggled for almost a month to book a F/up appt after my procedure. She did her best to prioritize my need.
