The front desk staff could be much warmer, they seem rude and robotic. The Dr’s are very good there otherwise I would definitely find another practice, even the medical assistant seemed short.
They have been my doctors for decades and have been satisfied however, two years ago they pushed the Mohs surgery for basel cancer cells on my nose. I had two previous basel cancer cell procedures done at their office with excellent results . In 2019, they were insistent that I go for the Mohs surgery. They called me several.times to be sure I was following up. I had it done in Florida and needed plastic surgery afterwards. A most unsettling time and I'm totally not happy with the results.
