Thank you to site director and the team for their wonderful service. We felt welcomed from the time we entered until we left. The team was friendly and attentive to my kids. A wonderful experience overall.
I couldn't ask for a better experience my son has autism and the facility were prepared to handle my son's special needs through IV Sedation and Anesthesia, the facility was extremely clean, the staff extremely professional and diverse, patient, and knowledgeable. The anesthesiology extremely professional fast and efficient. The Dentist totally awesome fast efficient and took the time to address any concerns. I was here today to have a procedure done for my daughter. The staff is so nice and helpful. They are there to answer any question you have and really put you at ease with everything. The communication has been great with them throughout the entire time, since the appointment was booked all the way throughout the procedure. The environment is calming and safe for the children, I highly recommend!
The staff was patient and ensured me they would be fast and efficient. They explained everything in detail and my son dentist and anesthesiologist was so nice although we needed her to keep repeating things she did everytime . I really appreciate how comfortable they made this experience it was the absolute best and my soon was up playing within two hours . The fast recovery made me even more comfortable. I especially want to thank Genesis for the awesome customer service she provided us from day one when my child’s appointment was made. She was very courteous and helpful.
