Extremely passive aggressive woman on reception who was not willing to help, she shouldn't be working at a doctors clinic...that behaviour has no place there. Speak to people nicely and be more willing to help.When I called her out for being passive aggressive/rude she got very offended... ASHAMED OF NOTHING, OFFENDED BY EVERYTHING! She needs to up her game, the abundance of negative reviews are justified!

Have just spoken to a receptionist at the surgery and asked if I could have a face to face appointment instead of a telephone appointment with a 4 hour span and was told no then was hung up on.
Messed up perceptions more than one, different doctor all the time Last doctor so rude never even examined me ! Have been struggling for last four months have decided to leave the surgery. Was a great surgery once under Dr Bowen Perkins. Very sad !!!!
