I was really looking forward to visiting Shackletons after looking at their brochure & ringing prior to the visit. When I arrived both staff appeared distracted despite us being the only customers in the showroom. The male member of staff was discussing details of a death certificate on the phone. And Dawn was trying to find the price list. We made a special trip to come. Only one of the dinning chairs was in the showroom. It’s so easy to get in and out of you know, it’s lovely to find a nice high seat
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Showed me lots of options for a reclining armchair. They then agreed to visit my sister 2 days later with a possible choice for her and said if she liked it, she could have it there and then. Excellent service and the chair was soooo comfortable and just what she needed. Thank you shackletons, no waiting for weeks for delivery
