Had a great couple of experiences at Shackletons in the Redbrick building. Went twice over a couple of days and both times Naeem was fantastic, super helpful, wasn't pushy or anything and knew what he was talking about. Took out so much time for us even though he knew we wouldn't be buying straight away. Even the other attendants were asking us how we were and if we needed any help. Most of the sofas there are traditional styles so they were just what we were looking for
Fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable staff.
