Our experience with Sam was excellent from start to finish. Even though we were only looking at a lower value car, it was all prepped and ready to go for a test drive when we got there. We had visited other dealers looking at similar cars and they hadn’t even bothered pulling them out, they would have had to move 10 cars for us to test drive. Purchased a SEAT Leon from SGT a couple of months ago. Sam was super friendly, welcoming and supportive, gave a really competitive trade in price for my old vehicle and the after sales help was great. As soon as I purchased the vehicle, I got the tracking sorted (something which Sam didn't have time to as he was so busy getting the MOT, aircon regas and valet) and they identified a split in the tyre. A few weeks after buying it i needed to get a small seal fixed, Sam collected my car and Emily delivered it back all done at no cost.
