SGC Solicitors guided me through and incredibly complex sale / purchase with the upmost professionalism and competence. I’d highly recommend their services, and will be using them for future conveyancing and / or other legal matters. Great service.
I accepted a quote for a property conveyancing with SGC. SGC then sent me the initial documents. I then filled them in, took them in to the branch and paid a deposit. The property had 28 days for the sale to go through. A week after giving all of the details of the property to SGC and accepting their quote, they then told me that they don’t deal with commercial properties. They have wasted a week of my time because they didn’t check or ask what type of property it was. Would not recommend at all! Terrible communication also.
Simon and the SGT team were brilliant!! They kept us informed and worked through the process speedily and professionally. I would heartily recommend their services.
Just appointed SGC to sell our property , so far so good , can't give full review until process is completed. I was recommended to use SGC by a friend who had used them and had a good experience, here's hoping I have a similar experience. Update: Process now complete and Simon from SGC has been very good throughout along with the secretary's who's names I can't remember. All gone fairly smoothly without much fuss. I would recommend SGC.
