Was happy with our installation, but never got a FENSA cert and now won’t answer the phone or answer any messages!
I would rate this guy (Ben Gowing) 0/10 for his skills/workmanship, attitude and communication. We paid him nearly £6k for 2 roof lights, a bathroom window and french doors - all 4 items have a host of installation issues. He had shown no care or skill and it's now going to cost us a chunk of money to rectify all his mistakes and pure sloppiness. He is a real cowboy and I'd recommend you avoid him at all costs. I’d give Ben 10 stars if I could. I have had the stress of dealing with some incredibly unprofessional glazing companies in the past and I’m pleased to say that Ben has restored my faith. He does what he says he going to do!! He communicates (another important thing companies promise and never deliver) and he is very good value. Very happy with the units he installed in original window frames and he’ll be back to provide some rooflights and more glazing. Very happy to recommend.
Ben was extremely professional and did a great job replacing my very old UPVC windows with sliding sash windows (not an easy job) and a flush casement frame. I can be a fussy customer, and he was very accommodating around the type of finish I was looking for. I love how they’ve turned out! Would definitely recommend and use Ben again.
Ben did a thorough and professional job on replacing out front door, windows and garage door. He even came out on a Sunday when we were worried about the garage door. He was tidy, polite and we would recommend him for any window and door replacement work.
