Truly gotta be the worst company in the UK who your org can partner with for the Salary Sacrifice scheme - Prices can be double compared to competitors & customer service is non-existent.
Price has to be one of the highest on the market with the lowest range. Had a Tesla model 3 with its first MOT needing 3 tyres, original tyres were Michelin. I now have 3 Hankook fitted and one Michelin as SG Fleet would not fit Michelin. The Tesla now has alarms saying I have low tread. I will now need to contact SG Fleet and have more time of work.
Brand new car, a year in, all software-related functions die - so no AC, cameras, navigations, Bluetooth, radio and more. Stuff happens, so after I get a service appointment booked not for another 2 months(!), I hassle SGFleet to get something sooner by demanding a price reduction. Automagically, a slot becomes available in that same week. The service takes place and the garage report reads ‘internal fault, defective component’.
