Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Paid a deposit on a car then heard absolutely nothing from the garage until I contacted the bank to try claim my money back. Then got a message which wasn’t professional at all. Had to contact the police absolute scammers. Avoid like the plague
Bought a car, initially all seemed fine. But battery was defective and had to bump start to leave the yard, was told they'd pay me back if it needed a replacement. Local garage tested it and the battery was unusable, now SG wont return calls or messages.
Organised to see a car. I let the staff know I was travelling from Aberdeen which is just about a 3 hour journey. When I arrived there was no staff to be seen. I waited for about 30 minutes and tried to contact the staff with no answer. While waiting I managed to see the car I was looking at and it was not as advertised at all. I was told the car was perfect with no problems and in good condition, the car was rusting away and in a terrible state of disrepair. Just bought a car from these guys. 5* customer service. They let me test drive the cars aswell!
I had a great experience with these guys, they were very helpful and I am very happy with my new car!
