Avoid like the plague. Absolute cowboys,do not get involved with these con men. They say their cars come with 12 months MOT and a fresh service. It took me 3 weeks to get in contact with them after purchasing the car to try and get this done. They eventually got my car into a garage for the MOT. When I picked my car up from the garage there was no service done and I HAD TO PAY FOR THE WORK 😡£250 and the day after the cowboy mechanic had not done the coil spring correctly which affected my windscreen wipers. Anybody have any details on this guys wareabouts, he sold me a car that isn’t road worthy, that also has a false MOT done on it knowing I had young children. Putting not only me but them in danger. Currently waiting. For my log book for it to be able to find out where the MOT was done so they can be reported to D.S.A & ministry transport. He has ignored my messages and have recently been told he has moved premises too. 2 mechanics have told me the tires alone were a MOT fail with the wipes and other issues too.
I have just purchased a Jaguar XF, and I am very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. The customer service was excellent and the employees possessed concise knowledge regarding the car. Leaving this review on behalf of my mother who does not have a google account and is not brilliant with tech . We can honestly say Faz went over and beyond to accommodate my mother and her needs. He explained every part of the car to my mother and was so patient with her. He took his time with everything and no pressure at all unlike other garages we attended over the weekend .
