SF studio is the best place in London I found where to have body therapies. I’ve been treated by Domenico for years and he is unique in his style. Integrating the different massage techniques with assisted stretching and Pilates is what is keep me coming back every time. He also educated me on human body movement and made me aware of my body and this is definitely what brought me long term results. Simply love it
Osteopath Chris is brilliant with pain management, providing many different hands-on treatment alternatives. He also addresses the sources of discomfort focusing on how pain can be reduced for long term benefits. His approach is holistic with a strong emphasis on natural methodologies, focused a lot on nutrition and gut health. I enjoy seeing Chris as he always makes me laugh and I feel so much lighter and easier after our sessions, taking action points to implement at home for long term wellbeing.
It's an amazing place. It's a "little" treasure in Hampstead. My favourite class is the Movement (Strength) class with Marco, I feel a lot fitter and stronger since I have been training with him.
Domenico is an absolute star! I have tried many massage therapist in the past but never had such a great experience before. Finally someone knowledgeable who gave a sensible explanation why my neck and shoulders are rock solid from the stiffness and why I am having recurring lower back pain. He does not only treat the muscles that need softening but look at the body as whole.
