I've visited the UTC twice in the last few days and both times I've been impressed with the quality of the care and service I received.
Had to visit here today due to a cut thumb after smashing a glass. Yes, I know, clumsy. The staff are fantastic here and everything is done speedily and in a friendly manner. I literally cannot praise the staff enough. The two ladies that saw me and cleaned and dressed my wound were two of the nicest people you could have met. You will know who I am as I have that glass of wine we spoke about haha. Thanks again for your wonderful for work and helping me with my wound. You both deserve credit.
I would like to express my endless gratitude for the orthopedic surgeon Mr Rose who performed shoulder surgery on me in January 2024, ending more than a decade of chronic pain and poor sleep. I have been able to re- build my strength gradually and I no longer ache when I am working as a dentist. I will never forget how professionally I was treated during the whole process . Thanks so much .
Old fashioned hospital for outpatients. Old fashioned insofar as great personal service. Lovely tea shop. Empathetic doctors, great and efficient nursing team. Thank you!!
