Really positive experience with Seven Capital. From the very beginning, the team has always been very quick to respond, approachable and genuinely helpful with any queries we have had. Seven capital is big fraud please be careful to buy flat from them seven capital Birmingham sold me one flat in 2016 £170000 metropolitan house but the actual price was £141000 I been trying to sold that nobody bye in even £135000.
This company is terrible. If you doubt it, just take a look at the Churchill Place Basingstoke project. Seven Capital deceived everyone and delivered a building of poor quality before disappearing. Now, the flats are unsellable due to numerous compliance issues. The service charge is £4500 per annum. No bank is providing mortgages due to the issues identified in the survey. People are selling flats at a 40% discount for cash buyers. It's a real disaster.
horrible. overpromise and underdeliver. for the first time in my life I've seen my property loses as much as 30-50% in value. even still can't sell it.
