Not a fan of the new check-in system! Patients/customers check-in via a kiosk, take a seat, wait until their phone number or ticket number is called (a lonnnnng wait), go to the counter to verify info, return to their seat, and wait to be called to see the technician, then the doctor. Ugh!!!!
My Fiancé have Glaucoma he have been seeing Doctor Bui for sometime now he is Awesome and the staff is so nice accurate and helpful I feel He's in good hands feeling so grateful and hopeful love these guys Sincerely Andrew Granger
Everyone from the admitting secretary to the medical professionals were very kind. The environment was clean and the medical professionals were excellent. Dr. Kato had saved my husband's vision and he was always treated with respect. I highly recommend them.
My husband had surgery Oct 31st to remove a cataract and implant a new lens. Our experience here was a delight. The staff is so efficient and friendly and every part of his procedure was well explained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing surgery on their eyes. I am well pleased. We go back in two weeks for the second eye procedure.
