Staff are kind, courteous, careful. I have great vision in my left eye now, with special care. I have macular degeneration in that eye. Receive injection every 4 to 6 weeks. It's a miracle drug. Thanks for your kind care!

I have never gotten in and out under an hour and a half. Arrived on time, given the preliminary check from technician and then put in a ‘waiting’ room for at least 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. Every time is the same! Today I was told, after I asked the tech why I was still waiting, that the doctor ‘had a meeting’. Last time I come here and I’ve been a patient for 20 years!

Dr. Trafton sand his team helped me in a big way. I've had much worsened vision as it turns out due to a cornea issue. I got the run around from another provider's office and after going to Big Bend Family Eye Care, they suggested, due to severity, I come here. I couldn't be happier. They worked with me and communicated every step of the way getting my scleral lenses, and now my corrected vision is so much better! I can't thank them enough. I haven't had any issues so far.

I was referred to eye associates to Dr. Fang Ko after diagnosis I didn't expect. I chose laser eye surgery to address issues with my diagnosis and she has seen me since that surgery consistently since 2016. I love Dr. Ko and would recommend her to anyone. What I don't recommend I is the mistreatment by staff I've received. On several occasions I've been treated rudely by not only the staff about my appointments but Vicky O'Sullivan herself has been pretty unprofessional! I pray I never need to go there again!
