Visiting Matt over a couple of months has been a reassuring pleasure. I found that his gentle, reassuring manner combined with his expert knowledge enabled me to relax and trust that I would get better. And I did and I now (almost) missing my visits that felt so clam and restorative.
When you hurt your back you can feel quite vulnerable and it's really painful! I cannot recommend the 7 dials osteopathy clinic highly enough. Harriet listened carefully to everything I said, diagnosed confidently, and explained what treatment she recommended. I had 4 appointments and my back pain was so much eased. I am mobile, and doing the exercises. I would definitely recommend this!
