I had a deeply disappointing experience at this practice. I came in for help with severe period pain — symptoms like vomiting, passing out, and numbness — and instead of support, I was met with eye-rolling, dismissal, and inappropriate suggestions like “just fall pregnant” to fix my hormones. I clearly said I didn’t want hormonal contraception, yet it was pushed repeatedly, and further investigation was called “pointless.” I had to fight just to be referred for a scan. L' unico dottore bravo in questa clinica è il dottor CHan ma è impossibile prendere appuntamento con lui. Gli altri dottori sono poco preparati e molto superficiali nei confronti dei pazienti. Alla reception dicono che ti richiamano e invece non lo fanno. Perdono spesso i campioni delle urine. Se ci tieni alla tua salute stai lontano da questa clinica.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff treat patents with contempt. Incompetent doctors. If you value your health avoid.

Theses ppl have the Gaul to pick up a wage.... And I'm including the doctors. They are the laziest workers I've ever seen. And I've worked at JLR Speke ffs. When's the last time you seen a fireman run away from a fire?.… medical professionals, hiding from their patients......... Need I say more! If your looking for a doctor........ Not here, zero medical expertise on show, but a lot of attitude to deal with.
