Seth is the man! As a military member I found myself having to look for a home while also completing a bit of training. Seth helped us buy and sell our home!!! When we were ready to purchase there were no hidden fees/costs. He showed a genuine interest in what we wanted and kept is posted on what was available. He worked with us for over a year as we were a bit picky!! When we decided to sell our home Seth have us input that would help the sales factor and once we had it done we sold within 1 week!!
