Seth helped us for almost a year looking at potential homes, as we were downsizing. We must have looked at 50 homes or more. We contracted and lost 2 Homes in bidding wars, and finally found the home of our dreams, and even though we were in backup position, we finally got to sign on the line and own our Dream Home. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but I had to for Seth. I've bought and sold a house with him and cant imagine the transactions turning out any better. I'm military and didn't know the area but wanted to buy a place sight unseen prior to my arrival. He took me on countless video tours and told me flat out if a place was crap or not.
