Seth is an outstanding real estate professional who truly knows the Rapid City area market. He is also a great person to work with and makes the buying and selling experience go incredibly smoothly. I live out of state, and he worked with me long-distance to make sure the house looked great, the paperwork was done electronically, and even last-minute issues were handled with his help to ensure a smooth, on-time closing. Overall we were very happy with Seth for both the buying and the selling of our home. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and effectively. There was only one area where we did not see eye to eye at first - that was dealing with the listing price of the home. Seth was great! He was very knowledgeable and offered great non-biased advice, but always made sure that whatever I chose was my decision and to take my time. He was a lot of fun to work with as well and very prompt to get back to me regarding the sell/purchase our our homes, he also was a great advocate for us during this process. My family and I could not be happier with the turnout, we would definitely recommend Seth Malott to anyone and will for sure use him again if the opportunity presents itself!

We cannot thank Seth enough for his constant attention to detail and concern for helping our family find the right house. We were 75% finished with closing on a house and something fell through on the sellers end.
