Seth helped us buy and sell our home!!! When we were ready to purchase there were no hidden fees/costs. He showed a genuine interest in what we wanted and kept is posted on what was available. He worked with us for over a year as we were a bit picky!! When we decided to sell our home Seth have us input that would help the sales factor and once we had it done we sold within 1 week!! Seth was our first real estate agent ever and we could not have been happier. I moved to Rapid City from another state being military (hes a USAA certified dealer too, and I got a $950 bonus without doing anything) and so I contacted him by email, and he was very quick to respond, very courteous and professional. We were moving to the area from 900 miles away and had 2 days in town to find a home.
