Seth helped me and my family in two situations. He showed us a property that we were interested in. He had a vast amount of knowledge about the property and also gave some good advice on what we should be looking for in our search for the area. When there was a moment where we thought of selling our house if we had to move, he was diligent and timely with all our questions.

I'm an incredibly detail driven and overbearing home buyer. Seth was more than accommodating at all hours of the day to answer even the smallest questions and put all my concerns to rest. I imagine I was one of his more difficult clients... But whether he likes it or not- In the future he will be the only person I will work with and refer my friends and family to! A+++ across the board.

I would recommend Seth to anyone who is looking for a very knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent. He helped us find the home of our dreams and helped us thru the entire buying process.
