Seth made the buying process very easy. He knew what we wanted and did not stop until we had that house. Overall I would recommend Seth to anyone that is in the market to buy, sell or rent a house.

We would highly recommend Seth. He assisted us in buying a home here in Rapid City while we were living out of state. The inventory was quite limited but he kept us updated as homes came on the market and even did FaceTime showings to allow us to view homes from afar before we were able to visit the area. We ended up purchasing a home under construction and Seth went above and beyond in staying on top of the progress and keeping us updated while we were several states away. My wife and I are selling our house in South Dakota while we live in Texas, and have our listed through Seth Malott. Getting things started was super easy with everything he does electronically, so we get documents just as if we were right next to his office. I could not be happier with the updates we get. Seth was recommended to us by a cousin of mine who had just purchased a house with Seth's help and I'm very glad he did. Seth from the beginning was just a down to earth guy and listened and delivered what we were wanting. This was our first purchase on a house and Seth made it very easy for us. Seth was amazing! He took the time to show my family various homes within our price range. He knows exactly what parts of town are up and coming and would be a perfect fit for your families needs. When I wasn't interested in viewing homes within a certain area (only because I had heard bad things, not because I knew first hand), Seth showed me a home which was a hidden gem with great neighbors, close to shopping, and a block from a great school. We are so impressed with Seth. He is super personable and totally all about getting you the house YOU want. He will work really hard too. We were blown away at all the little things about Seth as our realtor- he just goes above and beyond because he loves what he does.

Seth is a great realtor and we wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. He was patient with us as first-time home buyers and helped educate us on how things work. When it came to negotiating what became a pretty involved transaction he helped us through things and kept in constant contact with us.
