The sofa looks even more stunning than it does online. The crushed velvet material is so unique and stylish. Delivery was a little longer than expected but the customer services team kept me in the loop. The delivery team pre-called (which is very uncommon even though all delivery companies say they do when they actually DON’T!) and delivered into my lounge and unpacked my sofa carefully with no damage! I am satisfied and I would recommend Sestra Living.
Got my classy Oakland sofa suite off of this website. It came beautifully wrapped and the team that came with it unwrapped, set it up in a room of my choice and went away with the packaging. I’m really happy with the service overall, this company delivered all the way. No complaints on my side. Great comms and even an after delivery call to check if I was happy! Couldn’t ask for more!
