Don’t touch this guy with a barge pole! We commissioned him to build us a garden office, which he did but he completely messed up the roof! It leaked (literally water pouring through) and the whole ceiling (boarded and plastered) caved in. He ignored our numerous calls when trying to contact him in the emergency of the leak. He eventually came back to “fix” the leak - this happened on 3 occasions, instructing the plasterer to redo the ceiling…only to have more leaking the very next day. Need less people like Craig in the world. Complete waste of my time. Advise anyone to read the bad reviews before proceeding. Avoid.
Used CDM Services to replace/install exterior composite decking and a pergola, when enquiring and asking for quotes they were very responsive and happy to visit as many times as needed. We originally looked at a summer house which after consideration decided to simplify to the decking and pergola. Given their upfront effort we decided to stick with CDM Services and agreed a higher price than originally quoted, circa 10% more, on the basis they would achieve a high standard and take on board modifications as the job progresse... read more
