Highly recommend, 5 star service without price gouging. I found the technician to be well informed/knowledgeable, performed service in an thorough but expeditious manner, and offered helpful suggestions. (Quite refreshing after receiving a quote from competitor of 3.5 hrs. of labor which Service Tech performed same part replacement in 30 min.) Service Tech checked to see if part was under warranty (competitor did not). Part was free... Service Tech saved me 700. in one phone call ***** Great job!

Excellent service and Preventive Maintenance Program is nice to have...system lasts longer and same day service/discounts if anything happens. They installed my HVAC and have used them for servicing ever since. Skip Howell has always done a perfect job and is very professional and punctual. Their office staff always stands by their word.
