It was the middle of Labor Day Weekend, and I was about to begin moving into my house. The AC was broken, and I was imagining movers dropping like flies from the Alabama heat! Thankfully the previous owner used service tech and had their number on a magnet on the air conditioning unit. I called and could not believe they were out there within two hours. He not only fixed the problem but also went out of his way to properly hang my new thermostat on my wall. Thank you SO much for all of your help!!

I came home from out of town to a dead hot water heater. Richie, the owner came out over the weekend and by the next day had me up and running! Not only that, but he and Randall repaired my water pressure valve and serviced my HVAC! My daughter’s AC went out the next day and Service Tech had it repaired before noon! I recommend them highly! Friendly, hardworking and affordable! Thank you Service Tech!

I highly recommend Service Tech, Inc. They are very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Jeff was at my house within 30-45 minutes from my call and looked at my air conditioning. He actually took the time to take the AC unit apart instead of just saying “oh it needs freon.” Once he noticed the problem, he showed me what was causing my air flow to stop and fixed it.
