Excellent service! Was called to let me know they were on the way. Went above and beyond to answer all questions. Very nice. Also found a problem that will take another appointment to get fixed. All around excellent service.

Randy, our service tech, came to install a new furnace. Professional from the start. Introduced himself, came in and laid floor covering to protect the floor. Explained everything that was going to be done and made sure I understood what was being done and how to care for my new furnace. Installed a new thermostat and went over the functions with me completely. Went through and cleaned up all the sheeting and swept through the area. Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional experience with everyone involved.
Vance came over on 10/9 and checked my furnace to make sure it was working properly and was a very nice man, even helped me and checked the size of my Air Conditioner so I can put a cover on the top of it...I will definitely use them again...thank you!
Randy and Morales did a great job installing my new AC unit. They were friendly and worked fast. I would recommend Service 1 Inc anyone needing a furnace or AC unit.
