Very knowledgeable sales rep who was patient and very responsive with my pre-sale follow-up questions. The Installation crew phoned 20 minutes prior to arrival, were cordial and efficient. They set down multiple tarps on pathways and left no trace of their visit upon completion except of course a new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and thermostat. I have used service 1st in my home and rental properties, Very dependable and reliable.
No heat this early morning! Called Service 1 and they responded quickly. He gave us a factual assessment. We decided based on the age of our old heater that we needed to purchase new. Less than an hour later the Service 1 installer was at our house with coverings on the floor, mask on, shoes off! No nonsense, he got to work taking out old and putting in new.
