******* and ***** came to install my water softener and re-route the discharge pipe. They arrived on time, actually earlier than appointment. They worked quickly and it looks much better than the original water softner setup. The guys were personable and very professional. I will recommend them to others and use their services again.
******* and ***** were right on time first thing in the morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my sump pump and had it repaired within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. I will be calling them the next time I have a plumbing issue.
This company is terrific. I had a furnace emergency and no heat. They responded quickly. Once it was determined a new furnace was needed **** went to work getting it done that same day. ***** and ******* were great on the installation. Very efficient and cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. All in all a very positive experience fixing a very negative issue. Cant thank them enough
I had a furnace start blowing cool air only and needed it repaired on Christmas Eve. Wind chill was ***** below at the time. I called several different HVAC places around 10AM and the only one that could fit me in on Christmas Eve was Service 1. I dread using a HVAC company I dont know more than I dread buying a used car. He answered a lot of questions while here and offered some options based upon years of experience. ******** Service 1 performed a fall furnace check up. Serviceman was on time and did a great job. Since 2014 every encounter with Service 1 has been good. Well run company.
Service 1 was on time, assessed the situation and found the problem immediately. They were able to correctly fix the issue and were actually a much lower cost than a competitors quote.
