Woke up to a cold home, 58, on Sunday morning 2/18/24. Called Service 1, as they originally installed my furnace. They had a representative at my home within two, hours. My furnace was up and running with a new circuit board and gas valve. Now thats Service 1 !
******* and his Son were awesome! They found the problem and fixed it quickly! Nice guys! We will definitely call on them again!
They truly put their customers first. The best customer ********************** we have experienced in a long time. They helped ** get our furnace back on line in about a half an hour over the phone during the coldest night of the year. We called several emergency HVAC places with no help offered, and they couldnt help us until the next afternoon. Service 1 will always be my first choice for my HVAC as well as plumbing needs
***** and ******* from Service 1 arrived on time and went straight to work, one removing the old furnace and the other the old AC. They explained what they were doing and ******* suggested an adjustment so the pad and unit were not so close to our house. Minor sheet metal adjustments were necessary and everything looks nicely fitted and sealed.
