Great company, knowledgeable and experienced. Techs were professional and did a great job.
I first used Service One during a severe cold spell in December 2022.I had a Carrier unit but found out replacement parts needed were going to take a long time to get. Service One was able to come out quickly and could install a new Trane furnace the next day. They even loaned me a room heater for the night. The next day they were able to install the furnace. Several months later I had the air conditioner installed. Since then Ive used them for cleanings and checkups. All service people are professional.
??We needed someone to come out immediately as it was 91 degrees and our A/C was out. A Tech came within 2 hours and notified us that we needed a new A/C. A second Tech came out with a new A/C in about an hour and a half and was installed pretty quick. Everyone was very respectful and professional. 100% would recommend them again. ??

We had maintenance and service done today on both of our air conditioning units. Our service technician was outstanding. He completely explained everything that was wrong with our units and was able to fix everything and got all running within an hour. We have had no issues since.
