Jamie in service very pleasant, friendly and professional. This is my first Buick and since I live in Franklin Vendetti is going to be my go to dealership. So far the rapport is off to a good start.

I booked my service at thier online web site and arrived a little Early at the dealership, and they checked me in and got me processed for my auto service checking what I really needed to have done. Once they got me in I was out of there in less than an hour I believe. I was happy, and my Truck still looks good and running great. Charlie Rafferty once again was extremely helpful as we brought in our Tahoe for a burning smell resulting from AC compressor clutch failure. It happened the morning we were scheduled to load up for a college move. Charlie took the vehicle in sane-day and prearranged a local rental so we could make the college move-in.
