You all need to see To do your research , this place did not tighten lug nuts on my friends truck an she drove it omg an now they won't replace it... Do not buy from here. Not good people especially sales mgr .

I have to say that my car shopping experience at Serramonte Ford was beyond my expectations! Not that I have a ton of car buying experience, BUT, this one was BY FAR THE BEST! Rafael was kind, courteous, and listened to my concerns for what I wanted in a car. He made the entire purchase/lease process quick, easy, and painless. I spent $750 for replacing a new brake( front brake), brake fluid and inspection fees but then I believe that they didn't even adjust the brake and didn't do the road test. After I got my car back, the brake worked worse than before. It was harder to stop the car. Then after I had a collision, I started to believe that there must me serious problem with the brake. I went to Serramonte Ford again, asking for inspection. The result was that I need to pay another $200 to adjust and clean the brake! Why didn't they do the adjust... read more

The service dept is terrible, awful customer service,made an appt which was a waste. My car sat for 2 days and they never looked at it. It was a problem they diagnosed before and was trying to get fixed. No follow up or calls from them so took my car back and will get fixed elsewhere

The worst fleet deal I ever had, especially the fleet manager was rude . I got all my cars there (serramonte ford) when Christoper Irwin still there, and this will be the last one.

This is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever experienced. Trust me - you want to deal with Marin County Ford over Serramonte. I've been trying to buy a truck for weeks and have been ignored and given the runaround. I can't figure out why they won't sell me a car, but Marin County Ford was responsive, delightful to deal with, and I'm the happy owner of a 2015 F150!! Avoid Serramonte Ford.

The staff who sold me my car was great, BUT I been calling and leaving messages for someone to call me back and I still haven't heard anyrhing back its been a month. So from what I see they are all over things when buying and the weeks after to make sure you fill out their survey and now that is done they could careless about your questions. Customer service afterwards SUCKS!
