I've been a loyal customer for close to 30 years and, in the last few years, the Service Dept. employees are very rude, condescending, and try to intimidate by bullying when questioned. Your services are unreasonably priced and service costs have increased exponentially but for less services. What a terribly ran business! My company owns an entire fleet of Fords across the country and I will never do business with Serramonte again. We had a transit connect in service for a front end noise. It was repaired under warrenty and everything was fine for about a month. The, all of a sudden the strut that was repaired by Serramonte failed and our vehicle was left on the side of the road. Serramonte told us it would be 3 weeks to get the vehicle in. Your customer service is AWFUL!! Your mechanics are THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! It's a shame!!! It infuriates me because Ford is a good car, but your shoddy workmanship could have caused a serious accident or someone terrible injury or death! FURIOUS!!!!!

Serramonte Ford had a oil change coupon on their website. I printed it and booked an online appointment. When I got there, I was told by Carlos in the service department they don't accept their coupon. I asked for the manager and was told he is unavailable. His reason was "It was too cheap and they don't make money". Really! Then why is the coupon on their website! This is false advertising. I called corporate Ford customer service. They have poor customer service. You make an appointment and then they tell you that your car will be worked in a few days. And they offer a rental but with certain conditions. The ,customer is inconvenienced and more money comes out of pocket for the customer. My son and I bought Ford's in 2015 and we regret it because of the poor services and the 1st vehicle i purchased had many malfunctions. It took weeks for me to finally get another car. Too much running around, inconveniences and waste of our time.

Ridiculous wait times for scheduled service appointments. 4 hrs spent waiting for what Pennzoil can do in 30minutes. Lesson learned doubtful if I'd ever go back.
