Would always go back - great service and very attentive.
I took my fusion in for service. I left a decent review but commented how they didn’t tell me the mm left on my brake pads. I have regenerative brakes which last a long time which I didn’t know at the time. They didn’t explain anything to me about regenerative brakes. So the next time I come in for just an oil change, it took all day before I got my car back. When I got my car back, it had deep scratches on the dashboard and on the dashboard in the back near the back window. I didn’t notice right away and can’t prove it. So ... read more
"the worst customer service experience of my entire life" would describe my dealings with Serramonte Ford. I brought in my car for an airbag recall after getting a notice in the mail, they took 6 weeks to replace it after assuring me it would take 2 hours upon first telling me they had the part and could work on it. It was returned to me after a supposed "recall repair + multipoint safety inspection" and the car died a few days after I got it back while driving on the road, requiring a tow back to dealership. A low stress, no pressure experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Faye was outstanding in every regard. She was knowledgeable, professional and engaging without a lot of sales hype or pressure. The finance team led by Jason Cooper, was also outstanding going into great detail to explain the options without any gimmicks. I like to buy American and to shop locally. Stop accepting appointments when there is a backlog. Call when promised. Fix the phones
Had my son’s car for 4 weeks, only put 7 hours into looking into the problem and didn’t offer him a courtesy vehicle. Taking the car to a more qualified mechanic to get FIXED!! Don’t bother sending me a bill for the diagnostic because we won’t pay it since we had to pay for a car for 4 weeks!!!!
