Vicky the vet was really good she explained everything and even helped us remember the old Jack before old age and illness and validated some of the signs and decisions that had led to euthanasia through conversation not even purposeful. She didn’t let our tears affect her or assume we didn’t understand in our grief. This is just the best service when the time comes to say goodbye to your pet.My 17 year old little lady jack russell was so scared at the vets so this was the kindist way.Helen the vet was so calm and caring.They even bring back the ashes back beautifly packaged with a hand written card.Amazing service.
Exemplary service when the time came to put our dog Ruby to sleep. Helen was calm, friendly and professional and explained what to expect. It gave us great comfort to carry out an upsetting process in our garden with the birds singing. Many thanks.
George visited us tonight as our dog was at the end and George was so friendly and made the experience bearable considering we were having to lose our family pet, I highly recommend George, I would never go to vets again to have this done
If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they have been wonderful from start to finish. They were so thoughtful and caring about making the last time with my lovely old lady cat jessie as easy and as comfortable for her and myself as possible.
