If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they have been wonderful from start to finish. They were so thoughtful and caring about making the last time with my lovely old lady cat jessie as easy and as comfortable for her and myself as possible.
I contacted Serenity in 2023 as my boy had been diagnosed with CDRM and was starting to hav problems and considered letting him go before he got worse. We changed our mind and Serenity were very understanding. Luckily we had a lovely two further years with Toby that we didn't expect, a few weeks ago Toby's condition worsened and we decided now was the time so I contacted Serenity again. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to our wonderful boy Merlin. It couldn't have been better being able to say goodbye to him in the back garden in the sunshine, where he felt safe and relaxed.
Thank you for such a peaceful ending to our dogs incredible life. Helen, the vet came out to our home, it's really strange as Helen was the very 1st vet we saw with Harley when we 1st brought him home over 12 years ago as she worked for a local vets practice. I would just like to thank you all for making the last journey for Charlie calm and comfortable as possible, Charlie was 14 and it was the biggest decision we had to make to pick up the phone but from me making the call to getting his ashes Serenity Vets made the whole process as calm and comfortable for Charlie as possible.
