As a small business owner I know how much 1 star reviews can hurt your business. It's especially unfair when the people haven't been to you. I'm giving 5 stars because all the girls here do fantastic work. The salon doesn't deserve a bad rating for someone's bad choice that had nothing to do with this business and it was on their own time.
Kaitlin Sales is amazing! Creative with color, and genuinely listens. Our conversations are inspiring - I leave feeling beautiful and invincible!! She's as beautiful inside as she is outside. Best internet search find ever!!!
