Obviously a salon that has compassion and integrity. Don't let the actions of one destroy the reputation of many.
It's such a shame that one person's poor actions are bringing a business down. I originally found Serenity Salon being new to Indy based on its previous high ratings. Once I found Natalie, it was over from there. The salons affordable prices mixed with Natalie's professionalism and skill keep me coming back. Every time I get my hair done everyone always compliments me about how fabulous it looks. I hope others will reconsider before giving this salon a poor rating because it is unjustified.
I loved how u r handling this with ur booth renter and if I lived close or came to ur area I'm so going to use this salon!!!!
I dont agree with leaving a 1* rating of a place ive never even been so i will leave a 3 star rating as to not damage this companys rep. Your staff member is disgusting and i hope she is happy now. The whole world hate her. Teaches people to not be cunts. You need to cut her before your business continues to get a poor reputation. And this is from someone in ireland!
