I give this salon 5 stars for taking action towards an incident they did not cause. THANK YOU for your donation towards the recovery of the lady who suffered a heart attack. At first, I thought that it's not the salons fault and they shouldn't be blamed, but after seeing their response to the whole situation and the fact that they are supporting her 100%, I don't think it's right. Holly said something absolutely appalling and should face the consequences of that.
Holly jones cut and styled my hair. Then I had a heart attack, she got mad I was holding up her other clients.

Very DIRTY! Stay AWAY! And then your pressured into leaving even more money after paying for undeserved tips. And the lady named Holly Jones is the WORSE! She seems to have some sort of fungus all in her nails. I ran out of the place as I did not want her hands anywhere near me. Disgusting!!
Nasty business that reposts insults. I don't even have to step foot in the door to know this place is horrid.
::Update:: I'd like to thank Serenity Spa for doing the right thing and offering financial and other support to the family that was affected by the health issue at Kilroy's. It is unfortunate that their employee made the remarks that she did however I commend you for stepping up and offering a donation to the family. Kudos to you for a job well done!
Had an appointment with HOLLY JONES last week to get my hair permed within 48 hours I was bald. HOLLY JONES is also a well known abuser of the elderly. I would not recommend this establishment until they FIRE HOLLY JONES!
