I had been really pleased with this Serenity dentists in the past. On my first visit, recently, after a break with my mental health, in trauma recovery, the reception I received was not friendly. I felt unwelcome and no respect shown to me at all. I felt very nervous, being out and about for the first time, for a long time at the dentist but there was a very frosty ;take a seat, sit down; attitude.
