This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a salon. I booked my appointment months in advance by phone. When I needed to reschedule due to being unwell, the receptionist was friendly and happy to assist — no issues, no mention of fees. Then out of nowhere, I received a call from Ashley, the salon owner, telling me I owed 50% of the service cost due to a "cancellation policy."
