Great price, location, and pools!
This will continue to be our Disney Go to. Very clean pool and hot tub area. The pet wing is sensible and convenient to bring your pet. Staff very helpful when needed.
First time staying here and love the place. Has 2 pools and hot tubs. Has a little bar down stairs, food court, game room and down the road from theme parks. Rooms that I got was a king suite, and a family sweet and it met our expectations. Only issue i had was when i called front desk for a wake up call it rang, they picked up and placed me on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. That was the only issue. Other than that....Everything was perfect!
pool and hot tub are nice. rooms are dirty. mattress was super old and sunk. rust/mold visible in bathroom. air conditioning unit in room didnt work. had booked with a travel site so hotel was paid before we arrived and they needed an extra hotel service charge of $50 for services they advertise as complimentary. This time last year I was in the hot tub at Seralago Hotel in Kissimmee after shaving my legs. I contracted an infection called mycobacterium fortuitum and became really sick. I've had 2 surgeries, a PICC line, IV and PO antibiotics, 2 allergic reactions, cellulitis and 2 week long hospital stays. DO NOT STAY HERE, I almost lost my leg and now I have 13k in medical bills and the management will not answer any of my lawyer's calls or letters.
Sincerely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We arrived at four in the morning to a room that was horrible. When we asked to be switched I was met with attitude, saying they were all sold out; despite the many vacant rooms. They finally switched our room to a room with water damage on the roof, plug ins hanging out of the wall, dripping faucet, stopped up shower, no fitted sheets, curtains that won’t close, ants, and noise.
I have stayed here several times and have been satisfied with the rooms, pool areas and the staff. It's a great place to stay and relax.
