WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! *Please read this if you are considering this hotel as an option!!!* We will NEVER stay here again! We check in to our hotel Saturday 1/12/19 the first room we got number 325. My boyfriends 8 year old daughter sat on the child’s bed and FELL THROUGH the bed. She hurt her tailbone. My daughter booked here for 4 nights upon arrival with her husband and 4 and 1 year old discovered they were out in a room FULL OF MOLD! She took pictures and videos to show me! I was never so sickened before. She immediately went to front desk showed them and was told she’d get a refund as she refused to stay there! As of yet they have not refunded her!!!!
Un hôtel bien situé. Près de old town l Disney , Universal. Avec dés navette gratuite. Chambre vieillotte, tv non fonctionnel, ou prise de courant non fonctionnel. Lit très confortable. Possède frigo et micro onde. Aucun coffret de sécurité . Pas assez de cendrier sur le site. Restaurant super, bar tiki un des meilleurs. Pisicne spa et barboteuse. C’est environ un 3/5

We have stayed at Seralogo in the past, numerous times, however we will never return. They obviously have new management that doesn't care one bit about the hotel or the guests. Extremely rude, unhelpful staff, dirty rooms, dirty property, toilets and sinks that dont work proplery, no maintenance to fix them, shuttles no longer run more than a few times a day, and none to Magic kingdom. STAY AWAY!
Disgusting! mold, mildew, LIVE roaches, dirty rooms, rust, and an overall dilapidated rooms. Overpriced, outdated, and nobody seems to know how things work there. No returned calls and a sick toddler from staying in the room. NEVER AGAIN! We were there just this last week. 12/25 to 12/29.
I purchased 2 rooms for the weekend on my daughters birthday. There was a hurricane and we were hit pretty hard and had damage and power loss. All I wanted to do was change the date up 2 weeks because of having to fix and clean things up. They refused to change the date because they were open. In my opinion they stole my money.
