RecommendedThere was a problem with the door not being able to close completely but other than that, the suite was a perfect size and clean. Staff responded to every request quickly. Will send clients their way as well as stay there myself again
After staying at our first hotel (holiday inn orange lake) we heard of the storm going through carolinas and virginia so we decided to stay in florida over the weekend. We picked the seralago due to the convenience of the location, and price, but boy do we wish we had chosen elsewhere. Our children woke up with few bites which they never had while we were staying at orange lake, but thought no big deal just florida insects however as rashes started to spread throughout their bodies, we knew that wasn't the case. Excelente lugar, precio, limpio
We just arrived and the place is even better then anticipated!! Heated pools, 2 fridges, microwave, coffee pot, iron, hairdryer and super spacious! We are in a suite and with 5 people you expect to be cramped but in here we are all in our own beds spread over 2 rooms!

Worst place I’ve ever wanted to stay. After been shown 3(!) rooms we cancelled the reservation! Doors not closing, holes in walls, rusty pipes, dirty beds, running faucets, blooded on carpet. Just gross! And just to imagine this is supposed to be kid friendly! Hell no it ain’t!!!!
Stayed here November 3rd for one night. The room was awful. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close completely. Will never stay here again.

Very clean, accommodating and and friendly staff. Close to shops and theme parks. Good location.
