In Novemeber I booked a one night stay at their hotel. I called the next night and cancelled because while booking their website glitched and booked us the wrong day. I called first to have the date changed to the correct day and no one would help me, so I gave up and asked for the reservation to be cancelled. "ATENÇÃO LEIAM TUDO" TIVEMOS INUMERO PROBLEMAS, ficamos longo periodo de 25/12 a 12/01 e depois cancelamos do 15/01 a 20/01.Nós tivemos inumeros problemas. RecommendedSo far so good, I've never stayed here before. The price is great for this time of year. And walking distance from Old Town and all the shopping, not to mention the amusement park.
Dirty rooms, carpet dirty, walls dirty, furniture needs to be trashed, the beds are digusting, I slept on top of the bed sheets fully clothed.. Not sure why they consider this place as a suite.. Will never return.. save your money . .

Upon arrival our first day we were not impressed at all! But figured we get what we payed for. Had our 3 young kids with us and had to walk through a bunch of guys drinking and smoking pot. Then I saw black mold in our bathroom and on the curtains. We switched rooms. Next room looked like the same knife fight on the couch as room one. Nasty badly stained floors. Our 12 1/2 hour trip from maryland was suppose to be from Thurs-mon 21st. We ended up coming wed night so I booked online for an extra night. Upon arrival we get into room 1026 where it was very outdated, dirty and infested with cockroaches. We immediately left and went to the front desk. Joanna was very nice and helpful and gave us another room (room 226) it was dirty but better (no roaches) it was 11pm and we were tired.
