we have stay here before with no problems. tho this time..will.. be our last..the room they gave us was dirty..very run down..mold everywhere. bath vent didn't work..heck.the door wouldn't close right you could see outside..so I ask for different room.the 2nd room not much better mold on curtains probably because when you used the air it leaked into carpet next to our bed..plus in that room was a connecting door. people on the other side either smoke alot of weed or have a pet skunk..it's all we could smell..called the front... read more
~Currently staying here for the week because I decided to try something outside of Disney this time...Wish I hadn't. The price was one of the only good things about this stay so far. The room itself is crap. The beds are very small and uncomfortable. I can barely post this review because the WiFi simply isn't strong at all. The mini refrigerator barely works. RecommendedLove the Olympic size swimming pool and hot tub.
Stayed here for a week water pressure isn’t great, hot tub was broke the whole time. One night there was a domestic argument in front of our room we told the people to quiet down around 930pm then they moved to the Lower level and another man got involved and the two men continued to fight and started throwing punches, screaming in the parking lot, the front desk was informed and just kept telling us cops were called this went on for two hours cops still didn’t come, main office was no help and very rude about the situation ... read more

“OJO” NO RECOMENDABLE, el aseo de las habitaciones un asco, el baño con mal olor y si hablas con el personal, te mandan a la jefatura y su atención dejan mucho que desear, no dan solución a tus requerimientos y tiran la pelota de un lado a otro cuando reclamas ... UN HOTEL HORRIBLE..., a todos les recomiendo buscar mucha información en las redes cuando de buscar hotel se requiere y no caer en estos tipos de establecimiento
